Integration connection made, fails on "Reading register 43006" #273

Hello!
Up until yesterday I was on a temporary setup with a SUN2000-5KTL-M1, Everything worked fine with the integration.
Yesterday the company that did my installation received and installed the Intended inverter
SUN2000-10KTL-M1.

Firmware:
SUN2000-10KTL-M1: V100R001C00SPC148
SDongleA-05: V100R001C00SPC125

The Dongle is the same as used with the 5kW interver previously.

I made sure my installer enabled unrestricted access on the MODBUS TCP setting.
Port 502 is confirmed to be open by various softwares.

I removed my existing Huawei Solar Integration with the 5kW inverter
and I am trying to add the 10kW Inverter to the integration without success.
EDIT: [Adding Integration over Network, @ Port 502, tried slave ID 0,1,2. ]
According to logs the connection to the inverter is established but there is a register value
not being able to be read. I do not know where to go from here. My setup is not in the "confirmed list".

Please advise.. I miss my PV data!

If the device does not respond to Modbus queries, then there is little I can offer in advice.

You could test the connection with other software, as explained here for instance: https://github.com/wlcrs/huawei_solar/wiki/Connecting-to-the-inverter#testing-the-serial-connection . It's mentioned as a test for the serial connection, but also applies to TCP-connections.

Maybe unplugging and re-inserting the dongle helps? Or you can do a full power cycle of the device (AC and DC side)?

Thats the one thing I got waiting, @ work currently so will try when I get home..
and trying to get the firmwares updated

Well the reboot did nothing unfortunately..
Any ideas as how I could test communication aside of this integration? Modbus is beyond me but I'm willing to try anything to get to the bottom of this

You can also have a look in the app store of your smartphone for a Modbus TCP client to test with.

Seems like all communication is rejected / timed out...
I have confirmation from my installer that he "flipped the switch" on "Enable unrestricted Modbus TCP"
Does this mean that my inverter is defective? Or simply bad firmware? Dont know how to interpret this..

I Have received the newest firmware and a combination of firmware that was in the confirmed list.
Will try to get installer PW from my installer and update the firmware ..

@wlcrs question, if you dont mind: My inverter SUN2000-10KTL-M1 reports as a SUN2000MA when the device was registered at huawei with serial number.. could this be the reason modbus-tcp does not work? I saw some information about it in the connection guide..

Looks indeed a bit similar as our case.

Try an upgrade of the Dongle to at least SPC126 (latest is SPC133). Our 10 kW inverter pair at SPC141 works since longer with that.
