bugfix: DB update v1.13.8 creates duplicate field status.btc_24h.

When updating the MySQL DB from 1.13.1 up to 1.13.8, everything is OK up to the last file:

• update_v1.13.8.sql creates a field status.btc_24h which is already created from the base DB version file. This results in a MySQL error and the update aborts.

Gregory, can you help me?  I have a serious need for a github go to guy.  My cousin is just to busy.  And a serious influx in capacity has recently occurred.  It may pave the way for new advancements in technology and you are at the very front my friend.  Please think about taking just a few minutes to hear what all of this is about.  Can you tell me more about what you do?
