I checked and no other set of resources files does this "not an entry point" check. This makes the files more similar to https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-WikibaseJavaScriptApi/blob/master/resources.php and https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-WikibaseJavaScriptApi/blob/master/resources.test.php.
