Summary and purpose

ECMWF, supporting UFZ (Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research), is requesting to add a new entry in Common Code Table 11 for UFZ.

The Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), operated by ECMWF, is going to make available a new dataset, ULYSSES, produced by UFZ. In order to encode properly the data producer in the GRIB2 header, we are requesting a new entry in the Common Code Table 11.
