Details

I just noticed that 2 parameters added by issue #149 got the wrong units. Note that the units are correct in the original proposal.
The 2 parameters are in discipline 10, category 4, it is entry 38 and 39:
Eastward/Northward sea water velocity due to parameterization.

Their units should be m s**-2
