Notation 310 removed.
Paths aligned with names, descriptions shortened slightly.
12005: removed " expressed in degrees, i.e., 0 deg for north or northerly wind, 90 deg for east or easterly wind, 180 deg (or -180 deg) degree for south or southerly wind, and 270 deg (or -90 deg) for west or westerly wind" as per decision TT-WIGOSMD from 15 June 2023.
12005, 12006: "an instantaneous time" changed to "instant" for readability.
Added 3 new entries
Very minor editorial changes
As and Aw swapped.
