platform-specific VisualGDB test & benchmark projects #6285

Description

This PR only affects VisualGDB project files for the wolfSSL test and benchmark apps on the ESP32.

Prior generic project files were removed, and new, platform and chipset-specific project and solution files added.

Fixes zd# n/a

Yes, several people including @PaulMartinsen. He's been quite helpful in pushing the limits of our ESP32 code with a variety of issues and pull requests.

I also believe that VisualGDB makes it easier for newcomers to get started. It should also be appealing to any Visual Studio users. It's an awesome development environment.

I've submitted a support request on the VisualGDB forum to see if the ESP-IDF version and Chipset selection edits by the end user might possibly be improved, thus eliminating the need for all the separate project files in this (and future) examples.
