Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, DB initialization is required manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
DB should be initialized by API server.

Additional context
Currently, the init DB data is prepared for DB container.
My considering solution is as follows.

Check the DB has cakemix DB.
If not exist, run init DB script. (It would be done by server application.)
Start server normally.
