Using Background color option under Appearance > Customize the color reverts to grey when choosing white ( ffffff ) as a color. Any other color works as expected.

Set default background color to 303030 instead of Storefront ffffff

While Storefront declares theme support for `custom-background` is
defined the default color as `ffffff`, so this color becomes unavailable
while chaging Boutique background, since WordPress will ignore the
default color and not include any CSS.
