Should reset for a:focus

Noticed these horizontal lines due to a:focus not being reset.

In my case i use the twitter bootstrap css framework and and resetting appears to fix it.

So, the project now hosted under WooThemes and not you any longer? I couldn't check my pull request so i dont really remember exactly what i changed.

Yep, FlexSlider is a product of WooThemes now. I'm still on the project though, pouring my blood/sweat/tears into the code. :)

The change basically included a few more outline resets. It was something I pulled months ago but never cleared out from the issue queue.
