[WC 3.9 beta1]: Password visibility icon is not visible on My Account login page

Describe the bug

Found this bug during WooCommerce 3.9 beta1 testing.

WooCommerce 3.9 introduces a password visibility icon on WooCommerce login pages such as My Account. In Storefront, the password visibility icon is not visible on My Account login page.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and themes and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce + Storefront theme are active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps below.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure you are logged out of the site;
2. Navigate to /my-account page;
3. Note that there is no password visibility icon on the password field that can be clicked on to reveal the password.

Expected behavior

I expected the password visibility icon on the password field to be visible. I tested it with 2019 and 2020 Themes - the icon appears in both themes:
