Timeline: Update Tabs

Please note: the final designs are still in progress for this

Currently the tabs in the Timeline Sidebar look like:

And the latest designs now has the tabs appearing in the header component:

For this task we should implement the following changes:

• Update/Add new tabs
• Update styling of tabs / components to reflect the new design
• Implement active tab states
• Implement toggling of tabs open/close by clicking on the same tab that is open. I.E. if 'Orders' are open, clicking on 'Orders' again will close the sidebar.
