Bug Description:

The Product Element blocks (i.e. Product Price) are available in the feature plugin.

Environment:

Windows 10, macOS High Sierra v10.13.6
Browser: Chrome(Version 87.0.4280.88 (64-bit))
Firefox(Version 83.0)(64-bit)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create any test site using Jurassic Ninja.
2. Install and activate all required plugins.
3. Complete the Onboarding setup wizard.
4. Go to Plugins->Add New.
5. Install and activate "WooCommerce products block 3.9" plugin.
6. Go to Pages-> Add New.
7. Add a "All Product" block.
8. Click on Pencil button to edit the block.
9. Observe that the Product Element blocks (i.e. Product Price) are available.

Actual Result:

The Product Element blocks (i.e. Product Price) are available in the feature plugin.

Expected Result:

The Product Element blocks (i.e. Product Price) should not be available in the feature plugin.

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

Thanks for the exhaustive testing. However for the purpose of testing 3.9.0 what we're actually looking for is that the Product Element blocks are not available from the global block picker. It is expected that some of the product element blocks would be available within the All Products block edit view.
