Found during testing #12653 (review)

the menu item didn't appear right after turning on the feature switch and going back to the Menu tab. I had to switch to another tab then back to the Menu tab to see it.

This happens for any new row that is added to the view upon toggling experimental features, eg: POS, or IAP debug view.
