Use the same text that Android is currently using:

Log in with your WordPress.com account email address to manage your WooCommerce stores.

iOS currently says:

There's one more screen in the login flow where the Android app overrides the default text: the login with URL screen. This one's not in the iOS app yet (#263), but when it's added, here's the text used on Android (it's an old screenshot, ignore some of the styling oddities):
