Unable to set Featured Image for individual products #2888

I used to be able to set Featured Images for individual products. I tried setting a new Featured Image for each of my products, and WC is not letting me set the Featured Image. Steps to reproduce bug:

Click on Products and select a product to edit
Click on 'Set Featured Image' on right-hand sidebar
Select image from Media Library I would like to use as Featured Image
Click 'Set featured image' button at bottom right of window

Result: No thumbnail of the selected image shows up in the Featured Image box and the 'Set featured image' link still remains.

Expected Behavior: Thumbnail shows up of the selected image and the link for 'Remove featured image' should show up below the thumbnail.

Various Notes:
-I am able to successfully add images to the 'Product Gallery' box on the right-hand sidebar and these images show up correctly on my site
-When I originally set featured images, and I clicked on the Media Library, the 'Uploaded to' field correctly said the individual product that I uploaded the image to. This time around, when I uploaded new images I wanted to use as my Featured Image, and after clicking on the Media Library, the 'Uploaded to' field simply says 'unattached' so I manually 'attached' the photo to the proper product
-After going through the steps above to reproduce the bug, when I click on the 'Set featured image' link again, the Set Featured Image window pops up showing all the images from my Media Library, and the default selected image is a blank gray box (with the checkmark in the top right of the thumbnail) that has no attributes like title and caption. This is strange. See attached screenshot.

LOL, I have the same problem! I just posted over on WP.org because I thought it was a WP not WC issue because I have more than one website using WP and WC but with different themes and the problem is on only one of the sites.

Its working fine here.

Do the usual - deactivate plugins/themes and see if there is a conflict.

Hi everyone, de-activate all your plug-ins EXCEPT WooCommerce, of course. The Set Featured Image function should work then. Try also doing this in Firefox (if you have been using Chrome).

Guessing at a fix does not make you an expert. And just because you
happened to be correct this time doesn't mean you will be in the future.

Does NOT work: WooCommerce 2.0.10 is the only plugin active + WooThemes Optimize (no longer supported)
Works: WooCommerce + Twenty Twelve

I just deactivated JetPack after reading @mikejolley and it worked fine. I also found and did this previously:

Change
add_theme_support('post-thumbnails', array('post', 'page'));

For
add_theme_support('post-thumbnails', array('post', 'page', 'product'));

In functions.php

About the deactivated plugin, according to what I've been reading, it doesn't seem to be "a plugin" issue but several plugins might be affecting. So, try activating and deactivating plugins till bingo!
