Rename ProductTemplate namespace

Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

There was a problem with a namespace related to the ProductBlockEditor. The namespace had /Admin in it but the files weren't in that path.

This PR renames the namespace from Automattic\WooCommerce\Internal\Admin\Features\ProductBlockEditor\ProductTemplates toAutomattic\WooCommerce\Internal\Features\ProductBlockEditor\ProductTemplates, to make it match with the file path.
