4.1.2 发布，兼容react至最新版本

本次修订主要为兼容 react 最新版本，包括：

"react": "~16.8.2",
"react-dom": "~16.8.2",
"react-redux": "~6.0.1",
"connected-react-router": "~6.3.1",

其中个人感觉 react-redux@6.0.1 版本还不太稳定，建议先使用 react-redux@5.1.1 + connected-react-router@5.0.1
