Certain models have missing sounds

For now we've traced it to the following models:

• gi_keqing
• gi_barbara
• gi_diona
• gi_klee
• gi_sucrose
• fubuki

There could be more missing sound files but that's what I've traced so far.

Oh yeah I'll need to go back the past 1-2 years to check for missing sounds. I hadn't been uploading sounds as new models are released.

as a sidenote it's a small miracle I noticed this issue was created. I check the email attached to this "wootdata" account maybe a couple times per year. I'm watching this repo now, but the scmodels repo is a better place for creating issues.
