현재 크루와 코치의 도메인이 Member로 공유되고 있다.
크루와 코치의 필드정보가 다르다
- 코치에게는 상세정보 (한줄소개, 약력 등)이 존재한다.
가독성이 떨어진다.

To-be

크루도메인과 코치도메인을 분리해 Member를 상속하는 구조로 변경한다.
