Provide option to collapse all rows in sidebar

There should be a way to collapse all rows in the sidebar. There's already a function that does that (collapseAllRows() ) but we need to decide how to expose it to the user.

Maybe a keyboard shortcut only?

I don't use keyboard shortcuts very often, so I think there should be some UI element to let you do this as well. Would having it as an option in the primary menu make sense? Because that seems to contain options more general to the app.
