Background: wgtwo offers solutions for many type of business segments. You can view these different business segments in our case stories https://www.wgtwo.com/docs/case-studies/mvnx/

Goal:
Create a new "case study" template to be more visually compelling (image) https://www.vaultproject.io/use-cases/kubernetes

To do this, we could lever .mdx https://docusaurus.io/docs/markdown-features/react and import react components into the markdown. An example blog post doing this already is https://github.com/working-group-two/wgtwo.com/blob/main/blog/2022-02-25-website-redesign/index.md?plain=1#L8 // https://www.wgtwo.com/blog/new-website/

Hey @Prid13 , this looks like a nice project for you!

Up for it?

Let me know if you want a quick 15 minute call to discuss/clarify.

Some additional points to add

  • we would probably move all of the case studies https://www.wgtwo.com/docs/case-studies/mvnx/, outside of the docs (so there wouldn't be the sidebar on the left.
In addition, we would want a drop-down on the top header bar to populate all of the case studies.

The goal of this project is to use .mdx and components so we can populate new case studies with just markdown, in a uniform format - making it easy for Tor or anyone to update.

The case study I sent was just an example; we can use/not use stuff from that. For example, we don't have videos so we could remove that component. If we could get everything up to the metrics first then that's a good start.

@torotimes it's going surprisingly well :) Figured out how to make the pages with Markdown syntax. Now I need to figure out the best layout for the case studies and which components would be useful. Any design requests or component requests? :)

Like, from the illustration posted by Jonny, are there any sections you think would be useful as common and reusable components that you can easily add to these case study pages? Or are there any specific sections from the wgtwo website that you think could be useful? :)

Will work on some content this week which will help clarify which components we need! 👍🏻

I came up with an idea last night that we can leverage the existing layout/style here
