the simplejson bundled with django is used instead.
since it is not available from pypi and all tests pass with the newest version as well.

I have removed an obsolete simplejson requirement and added the requirements to setup.py.
And removed the requirement of BeautifulSoup to be at version 3.0.8.1 as that version is not available from PyPi and all tests still pass.
