All P2 Items Missing on Ele Sim

Describe the bug
The P2 items (e.x. stuff from gnomer, or new items from SM) are no longer selectable in the gear pickers (they were there yesterday)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
select any item slot and search for a P2 item (e.x. Lightning Rod Spaulders)

Expected behavior
P2 gear should be available to select.

Hey @t-mccawley thanks for reporting this issue! When I open the ele sim I still see the phase 2 items so could I have you try a few things?

1. Could you click on "Filters" and see if there are any that are un-checked? If not then
2. Could you try saving any gear/settings/talents/rotations changes that you don't want to lose, then clicking the cog in the top right and then "Restore Defaults"?

We've seen similar issues before with gear not showing up (in the Wrath sim too) so I want to try to troubleshoot this but it's hard to without actually running into the bug myself.

Can I ask if you were using the wrath sim at all recently? And does this issue happen if you open the sim in a private browsing window? We accidentally forgot to change our storage with the SoD sim so there's some overlap with the Wrath sim right now that an cause things to break. We have it tracked in #203 but need to give it a week for data to backfill in peoples' browsers.

Can you check if your player is not set to level 25 instead of 40?

We’ve been seeing a lot of reports about missing items when the user has just followed a link and has his player lever set to 25 which will hide all p2 items.

@rosenrusinov I feel like it has to be something weird happening with the storage getting corrupted from... something. Next time we get a report of this I'd like to have them open their web console to see if there's any JS errors

I actually got someone in the shaman Discord who ran into this issue so I'm working through it with them now. They had a console error for some error inside of applying presets but the error was caught by TypedEvent and the real stack trace wasn't being printed out so I pushed a quick update to expose it so we can dig further

Ok mystery solved! It was the Phase filter being applied. It doesn't work correctly at all because most of our data doesn't have a correct phase attached to it. I've just gone ahead and disabled phase filtering completely for now and we can revisit how to handle it later if we need to
