DTPS, TMI and Death% not calculating for prot warrior #4065

Describe the bug
For the last few releases of the downloaded sim DTPS is always 0.00 for Prot Warrior

To Reproduce
Just use the sim in any way

Expected behavior
DTPS is not 0

This is a long running config not a fresh reset
