The script to build the Phar had stripped out all Symfony components except for those that are needed.
However, it turns out that Symfony seems to have become more granular and/or includes more helper packages for compatibility.
Therefore, this PR flips the logic so that we keep all Symfony dependencies except for those we specifically strip. This is hopefully a more robust way of dealing with this.
