Free Shipping Coupon Bug

i am using the latest WP eCommerce 3.9.1.

Steps to reproduce :
Create a coupon for free shipping ( Set "Discount Type" to Free Shipping ).
Add a product and go to checkout page,
user reported that the amount they are seeing in the payment gateway is correct, BUT the display in the checkout page is incorrect.

I am experiencing the same issue.

I am using WP ecommerce 4.1.1

Same steps as above create my problem.

I only see the problem when my shipping is of greater cost than the product cost. I am using a flat rate shipping for each item.
