Update Trajectory Tutorial to use PathWeaver

The current trajectory tutorial just runs a static path. While I agree that this is all that is needed for initially getting the trajectory following working I think some teams aren't structuring things in a reusable way and when they go to actually implement things they have significant additional headaches.
