Fail log does not log

recently failed, but
http://tools.wmflabs.org/recitation-bot/faillog.html
still only shows the one test entry

@Daniel-Mietchen seems to be working for me now. See if it does for you. I haven't quite got good formatting done for it yet, but the formatting looks better if you "view source", rather than have the browser as html
