- update to DRF3 (fixes drf 3.0 #32)
- clean up ModelSerializer (fixes rest: clean up ModelSerializer.get_default_fields #22), less magic overall
- use field_id when saving foreign keys (fixes rest: standardize on field_id #11)
- support HTML JSON form style (fixes use HTML JSON form style for wq.db.patterns.serializers #33)
also remove obsolete SerializableGenericRelation hack
instead of `wq.db.patterns import models`, use: from django.db import models from wq.db.patterns import models as patterns
non-default serializer must always be set, even for common patterns-based models
since it's now much easier (and cleaner) to roll your own pattern
