Update various files for Java 11, Shibboleth IdP 4

Hi,

We have used your plugin in Shibboleth 3.4.6 without any problems. It has worked very well and we are very pleased. We have now upgraded to Shibboleth 4.0.1 on our test server. Unfortunately, your plugin does not work in this version. Do you have any plans to update your plugin with support for Shibboleth 4.0.1? In that case, we would be very grateful.

Hi Per-Olof,
I'm not sure if the repo maintainers actually see your comment. As the one who submitted the pull request, I got a copy of it. I opened it 5 months ago and haven't heard a word on it.
I can confirm that I am using the plugin, in production, on IdP 4.0.1 with the code in this PR.
