Overview

All dynamic sentences should now:

Use 2sf w/ no prefix-symbols for %
if % < 0.1 then it will state so
All Ha use 3sf w/ prefixes (G, M, etc)
All indicators to lower case


          Updates all widget dynamic sentences to have consistent sig figs and …
