The Mod checker frame/dialog shows links for TES4Edit/etc, when depending on the game mode, should be TES5Edit/FO3Edit/etc...

The relevant wrye html code should be edited to format it correctly depending on wrye bash's current game mode.

Ex: I don't expect to see links to TES4Edit/stuff when the dumped html is for Skyrim mode.
