Medicamento não enviado pelo sistema

Alguém sabe informar se o medicamento
LEVONORGESTREL + ETINILESTRADIOL 0,15 + 0,03 MG COMPRIMIDO Código : BR0272789U0042, foi alterado o código?
Não estamos conseguindo enviar pelo sistema.

Mais alguém enfrentou problemas ontem ao tentar enviar os arquivos, pois me parece que o web service está fora, inclusive hoje e não obtive resposta ao enviar email ao suporte.
