make wslview always use wslpath
In Windows on 64bit systems there is an environment variable named `ProgramFiles(x86)`. * Allow the use of `wslvar` to access `ProgramFiles(x86)` from Windows in WSL.
wslvar: Allow variable names with parentheses
Ensure baseexec works if there are more than one exe in the folder
1. improvement on how to check interoperability; 2. improve mount location retrival method;

What about WSL1? This variable is never set in WSL1

Yeah that's true... I will add a check here
1. let winps_exec to ignore chcp fixes for 20H2 and higher 2. modulize wslu_get_build for more functions
