Remove get claims related v2 audit logs

This PR will remove get claims related v2 audit logs. Audit logs should track the state changing operations. This logs were added earlier to track the PII retrievals. The logs that are needed track the PII retrivals should be added in the service layer where the logs are shared with application or external parties. However here the logs are added in the user operation listener which will be invoked in each user operations.

If we need this kind of logs, we need to add them to the respective service layer.
