Super tenant email sender configurations could be only added through deployment.toml. Hence that was not viewed in the console UI, and the get api was not allowed to process if the request is for carbon.super. With this update, we enable the get api and return the email sender configurations of super tenant and will be viewed in the console with a read only view.
