APIs artifacts still visible in the console even after CAR file deletion and re-deployement of the CAR getting failed with duplicate resource error.

Steps to Reproduce

Get wso2ei-6.3.0 (GA or latest) and do following steps.

Deploy a CAR APP which has an API.
Undeploy the CAR APP.
Log into the Management Console and still could see the API which got deployed through the above CAR APP is still there.
Try to redeploy the CAR app and getting an error with resource duplicate message.
