Description:
After creating HL7 inbound endpoint, following error message shows up during server startup.
ERROR - InboundHL7IOReactor A service is already listening on port 2222. Please select a different port for this endpoint.

Affected Product Version: : 6.2.0 , 6.3.0

Suggested Labels: Bug

Steps to reproduce:
Create HL7 inbound endpoint, shutdown and restart the server
