optionally if possible, examine how to download SDK zip automatically from https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aemcloud.html

Also prepare code for easy consuming docker image "adobe/aem-ethos/dispatcher-publisher" by gradle-environment-plugin in docker-compose.yml.peb

see: wttech/gradle-environment-plugin#24
