macOS version: 11.6
Kap version: 3.4.0.1767

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Kap
  2. Install Plugin (e.g. nextcloud or s3)
  3. Attempt to configure

Current behaviour

  • Plugin editor window does not open

Expected behaviour

  • Plugin editor window should open

Workaround

  • Not known

I think this is available for all the plugins. I tried with Camera, Show time elapsed, and Pressed keys and none of these work or can be configured.

The bug seems to have been introduced with version 3.4.0. Besides changing the settings, parts of the plugins, e.g. recording-name, no longer read them.

A downgrade to release 3.3.2 helps for the moment if you depend on plugins.

I'm getting this when I try to configure a plugin. The overlay appears, but no window/dialog:

Kap.plugin.configuration.bug.mov
