How long do I need to wait to receive the card?

It will take 2 - 5 working days to deliver your card.

Your card will be delivered by Singpost.

If you did not receive it after 2 weeks , contact customer support / call 999 as it may be stolen / lost during the process.

Can I deposit cash into the GET account via any ATM?

No you can't due to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Policy.

How do I use the card physically in store?

1. Tell the cashier that you want to pay via Visa
2. Tap/Insert/Swipe the card.

How long do I need to wait after topping up via Bank Transfer / Paynow / Credit or Debit card?

You should received it almost immediately.
