This PR addresses the issue where pre-populated username and password fields do not work on Diploma issuer, resulting in an "Invalid Credentials" error. The fix involves by delete the login.pug from wallet-enterprise-configurations of the diploma issuer in order the get the login.pug from the wallet-enterprise.
