@swt2c Could a new release be tagged which includes this PR? It currently blocks a few projects from updating to Python 3.11. |

Unfortunately, I don't have permissions to create releases. Only @RobinD42 does. Robin, can we please get a new release, mainly for Python 3.11 support (and please also build 32-bit wheels on Windows, as that seems to also be a frequent request). |
