I have removed the new section from the minimal sample solution. TBH, I wonder if there really is a need to provide separate solutions for MSVS 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022; we do not provide separate binaries for these binary-compatible MSVS versions. As these solutions were not added when MSVS 2022 support was implemented, I am not sure they are welcome/needed.
OTOH, the solution is mentioned in docs/msw/install.md and the solutions for all other MSVS from vc14x family are provided.
