qemu-img-prebuild

It's precompiled binary package(x64) of qemu-img tool based on official qemu source code and compiled with windows 11. The source code can be found @ https://github.com/qemu/qemu.git. Other executables resulting from the build are not uploaded. If you need it, please commit an issue. The binary package can be used on windows 10 as well. For other version of windows, it's not tried.
