Does not work on Telegram FOSS

I am using Telegram FOSS. It has the same package name as the original app, and there aren't any changes except that is is on F-Droid.

However, RED does not work at all. It is just like there is no outgoing call. I enabled everything, gave all permissions, but it just does not work. Contacts in Telegram and my contact list are 100% identical.
