Add a toggle for the bypass permission check because it can be slow with a lot of players
Add the ability to disable the notification sound that is played when players exceed the speedlimit.
Find a way to set players back that are bypassing the speedlimit by using Timer.
Make configurable settings per worldname that can be used consistently even with custom worlds.
