We need to mark all AccountStore API's as obsolete.

The message should contain a recommendation to use Xamarin.Essentials' SecureStorage API's instead.

Create a Wiki page on how to migrate from AccountStore to SecureStorage
Mark AccountStore API's with [Obsolete("Use Xamarin.Essentials SecureStorage instead: https://aka.ms/xamarin-auth-accountstore-migration-guide")]
Update any samples to use Xamarin.Essentials

Added a migration guide: https://aka.ms/xamarin-auth-accountstore-migration-guide and updated the repo's README to reference it.
