Description of Change
Tested on iOS 14 in simulator and device. Cannot reproduce the issue. For that reason, this PR only include a sample where validate the issue.

Testing Procedure
Launch Core Gallery and navigate to the issue 12084. If can tap the track of the Slider and see the selection change, the test has passed.
